With hundreds of ceremonies to her credit, Rev. Cheryl Quaid has been a minister and chaplain since 2004.  Being a life-long student of spiritual studies and religions, her love and appreciation of the spiritual phenomenon; related to many rites of passages of the world in conjunction with her world travels, has paved her exploration of  the similarities held by those cultural views.  Opening her perceptions up to the more spiritual aspects found within her work with Hospice, the nursing industry, and as an Allied Health Professional, she credits her innate senses of  spiritual connections to her understanding of being open to receive.  On a less religious based, yet more spiritual approach, Rev. Quaid approaches her connection with the many couples she has worked with as to being purposefully brought together and forever linked.  Being so linked, she firmly makes herself available to them for as long as they shall seek out her spiritual life coaching and guidance. 

She states that in teaching young couples the significance of practicing a personal creed of expecting greatness, manifestation, personal responsibility, and that there are only choices and consequences in contrast to "good or bad", can affect great changes in the world.  As these are passed to each next generation, it will become the way of life and not just an alternative. "Just imagine how powerful this way of thinking will be when they are instilled at the earliest ages, instead of beginning some time in adulthood."  She often refers to the fictional character Yoda,  who says, "Do or do not, there is no try!"  when coaching her workshop attendees on how to let go of worry.  "Life truly is simple, joyous and awe-inspiring."

Who We Are

Carolina Ceremonies is known for their sense of calm and serenity they bring to ceremonies.  After hundreds of ceremonies for all stages of life, we find the most important element is love.

Being "love" and honoring all whose presence graces us, bequeaths love in return.  It is an honor to be part of such important events.  

Knowing that affecting real change in the world is our driving energy, we knew that assisting those with rites of passage, would offer opportunity to share our experiences about the power of love.  As we began on this journey, we realized that as a path should rise to greet you, a great path therefore lies before you!  It is the journey, not the arrival.
